Purposeful development of each team member, excellent communication, clear vision and joint enjoyment translate clearly into streamlined working and smashing targets.

I’m Aidan Roberts, an experienced and calm delivery manager, here to take teams and projects to new heights.

From my teenage years punching holes into metal at my Dad’s factory to passionate team play on the football pitch and my shifts at KFC, the way a group of people function well together in an efficient system to achieve a common goal has always caught my attention.

In my 15 years of work with Google, Arsenal FC, UK Power Networks and others, delivering four £1m+ projects with 20 industry award wins – I have honed my skill in developing both projects and people for exceptional results. 

I want to make teams more streamlined, better connected and envisioned to achieve mighty feats; alongside tackling big problems, being part of innovative projects and delivering excellent digital solutions.

I’ve launched MOVMO to do just that.

A portmanteau of Move Mountains, MOVMO is here to face your big challenges and shift heavy obstacles. I believe in big goals and exciting vision, and am here to help you tackle problems and take new ground.
